Players must have 5 years of service in the GRBL and voted into the HOF from their peers

2023

Justin Parker

Being a local product from Branson, Missouri, Justin feels very comfortable under the lights and performing under pressure. JP was a standout, two way athlete for the GRBL Director of Gameday Operations Steve Lael’s fighting Branson Pirates as a football and baseball player. He took his talents to Labette Community College in Kansas and finished up his career playing professionally for the original Ozark Mountain Ducks in the Frontier League in the late 90’s.

Justin has been making waves for the GRBL since the very beginning since Season I in 2015 and still managed to hit home run balls into the parking lot in 2023. He is a lifetime .330 hitter in the GRBL and winner of the inaugural GRBL Silver Slugger Award. He was inagurated as the sole member of the 2023 GRBL Hall of Fame Class on October 22nd, 2023.

Schuyler Carter

Ozark, Missouri's own Schuyler Carter is batting 66-of-186 with 26 runs batted in, 15 doubles and 10 triples. He won the inaugural MVP award in 2016, and then a Gold Glove Award in 2018. His name is on the Howard Bell Trophy three times, and his lifetime batting average is .355.

Carter is the first Grip'N'Rip player to get 50 career hits, and is the only player to have more than 60 hits.

On behalf of everyone at the Grip 'N Rip Baseball League, we congratulate Schuyler Carter on being the top vote getter of the 2022 Hall of Fame class among his peers with at least five seasons of playing time in #TheGRBL.

Skyler Henson

Skyler Henson joined the GRBL in 2017 out of Arkansas Pine Bluff. In six seasons, he has 189 innings pitched with a 2.45 earned run average. Henson logged 167 strikeouts. In 2020, he became the first pitcher to amass 100 strikeouts in the GRBL. Henson also has 22 hits and a lifetime batting average of .324. His name is on the Howard Bell Trophy once for a league championship in 2020.

On behalf of everyone at the Grip 'N Rip Baseball League, we are proud to congratulate Skyler Henson on receiving enough votes from his peers with at least five seasons of playing time in #TheGRBL.

Andy Galle

In seven years of Grip 'N Rip Baseball, Andy Galle has pitched 147 innings with a career earned run average at 2.26. He's the league's all time leader in strikeouts with 167, and he has only walked 14 batters, the picture of power and precision. Galle was the GRBL Pitcher of the Year in 2016, and he won the award again in 2020.

Andy was also instrumental in the league's move from four teams to six teams in 2018, and he helped guide the league into the town team format in 2020, having managed teams in 2017, 2018 and 2019, then opting to step away from management to concentrate on pitching.
